Pow-Wow and Indigenous Festivals

We have the honor of presenting our products in booths during various cultural events, including Pow-Wows in indigenous communities and some prestigious festivals such as the Innu Nikamu festival.
PRESENCE AT THE POW-WOW
Pow Wows are vibrant and dynamic gatherings where Indigenous people come together to celebrate their culture through dance, music, and crafts. During these events, we set up our booth to present and sell our creations, such as dream catchers, dance and ceremonial sticks, as well as other items carefully made by Dave Verreault-Thisselmagan. These moments are an opportunity to meet people from different communities, discuss our traditions and share the story behind each piece we create.
The Innu Nikamu Festival is a major cultural event that takes place every year and brings together Indigenous artisans, musicians and dancers from across Canada. We recently participated, showcasing our products in a festive and tradition-rich setting. This festival allows us to showcase the meticulous work of Dave Verreault-Thisselmagan and to introduce the public to the beauty and authenticity of our crafts. Visitors have the opportunity to see up close the natural materials we use, such as moose leather and natural feathers, and to understand the process of creating each item.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THESE EVENTS
Participating in these events is particularly close to our hearts, because they allow us not only to promote our art, but also to contribute to the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage. Each encounter, each exchange is a chance to raise public awareness of the richness of indigenous traditions and inspire a deeper appreciation for authentic craftsmanship.
We invite you to come meet us at these events, discover our products and learn more about the history and traditional techniques that make them unique. Your support helps perpetuate ancestral know-how and keep culture alive within the community.
