At Artisanatautochtone.com, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality handcrafted creations. If an item does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you find the best solution.


Returns accepted

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • be unused

  • be in perfect condition

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • show no signs of wear, odor, or damage


Non-returnable items

For reasons of hygiene, customization, and respect for handcrafted work, the following items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards

  • personalized items

  • special orders or custom-made creations

  • used or handled items


How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email with the following information:

  • your order number

  • the name of the product

  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.


Inspection of returned items

Once we receive your return:

  • we inspect the item

  • we verify its condition

  • we confirm by email whether the return is approved or refused


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • a refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution

We cannot issue a refund to a different card or payment method than the one used for the purchase.


Delays or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your financial institution (processing times may vary)

  3. If the refund still does not appear, contact us
