High-end Indigenous jewelry – Black bear claws

from Canada and bone beads

My name is Dave Verreault-Thisselmagan, an Innu craftsman from Quebec.
Each piece of jewelry I create is the result of patient and thoughtful work, inspired by nature, spirituality, and the culture of my people.

I handcraft high-end indigenous jewelry with respect for traditions and the land.
I use carefully selected natural materials: moose leather, wild turkey or guinea fowl feathers, bone beads, semi-precious stones, and elements found in nature. These living materials tell their own story and give each creation a unique soul.

My Canadian black bear claw necklaces are powerful and symbolic pieces. They represent strength, protection, and inner balance. Each claw is crafted with respect and integrated into a harmonious whole, enhanced by the softness of the moose leather and the raw beauty of the natural materials.

I also make bone bead bracelets, imbued with simplicity and elegance.
These bracelets evoke the connection between body and mind, between the Earth and those who wear them. Their subtle and authentic energy makes them objects of meaning and connection.

My jewelry is not just an accessory. It carries the memory of ancestors, the wisdom of traditions, and the spirit of the land that dwells within me.
For me, creating is about transmitting. It's about offering a piece of living culture, a bridge between the visible and the invisible, between the beauty of the gesture and the depth of the symbol.

Each piece of jewelry is unique, crafted with respect and intention, to honor nature, culture, and indigenous spirituality.
