The Indigenous talking sticks of the Silver Fox model are crafted from driftwood harvested on the shores of Lake Piekuakami (Lac-Saint-Jean), selected for its shape and strength. Each stick is handcrafted to preserve the wood's natural balance and durability.
The silver fox fur, with its natural shades of grey, black, and silver, creates a distinctive visual depth. The assembly is crafted from genuine moose leather, ensuring a strong and durable fit. The 100% natural feathers are precisely integrated to maintain a refined and understated visual consistency.
Each piece is entirely handmade by Indigenous artisan Dave Verreault-Thisselmagan. There is no mass production. Each talking stick is a unique piece, shaped by the land, the materials, and the artisan's touch, designed to be used, respected, and preserved over time.
