A discreet presence to regain one's center and stabilize the tumult of daily life.
The Spirit of the Object
Inspired by ancestral First Nations traditions, this handcrafted 3-inch dreamcatcher symbolizes the point of balance, that invisible place where things stop pulling in all directions. It is specifically designed for those seeking to stabilize their personal or professional environment without altering its overall aesthetic. By welcoming this creation by Dave Verreault-Thisselmagan, you are not simply adding a meaningful object; you are honoring Innu cultural sovereignty while inviting an intention of calm and continuity into your living space.

The solidity of the territory meets the finesse of a braiding achieved without any automation.
My signature as an artist – my creative process
Each dreamcatcher I create is handcrafted using a demanding artistic process, rooted in tradition yet open to contemporary aesthetics. It's my signature. It's what makes my pieces recognizable and consistent.
I select 100% genuine moose leather for its suppleness, durability, and the connection it represents with the animal. The design is intentionally minimalist to highlight the material, its balance, and its form.
The center is meticulously handwoven with natural thread. I incorporate semi-precious stones chosen for their presence and symbolism.
The feathers used are 100% natural: rooster, pheasant, partridge, bustard, goose, or other species depending on the artist's inspiration. Each feather is carefully selected to preserve the visual harmony of the artwork.
The design research is done in collaboration with Vicky, bringing a contemporary touch and a creative dialogue that enriches each piece.
Each dreamcatcher is guided by the inspiration of the moment. None are reproduced exactly. Each piece carries its own presence and its own symbolism.
Each dreamcatcher is a unique handcrafted piece.
