Description of the craftsman

I created Charme Sauvage with the desire to highlight the spirit of the silver fox, an animal which, for me, represents lucidity, adaptability and a form of calm intelligence.

In my Innu culture, the fox is a discreet guardian, a guide that helps us see more clearly when life changes or when we seek to regain our balance.

I chose a real silver fox head, natural feathers, and a piece of driftwood found on the Nitassinan.

Each material has its own story: wood shaped by water, light feathers, silvery fur reminiscent of the reflections of the forest at dusk.

In assembling this work, I wanted it to exude a gentle presence, something that soothes the space and naturally attracts the eye.

Hung on a wall, it brings a touch of nature, character and a tranquil energy.

Each piece I create is unique.

I let nature guide the form and balance of the work, which means that you will be the only person to own exactly this one.

For me, Charme Sauvage is a way to share a part of the territory, my culture and my know-how — simply, with respect.
